Everflo Compression Ltd ("Everflo," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through everflo.ca and what we do with it. In plain terms: we only use your information to help you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• When you submit the contact or service-request form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, and your message.
• If you apply for a job, you email your resume to us directly. We receive whatever you choose to send.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not run third-party analytics.

How we use it

• We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide the parts or service you ask about, or consider your job application.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Where it's stored

• Form submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), operated by Google, in Google's Canadian data centres.
• This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting.
• Some pages load Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When these load, Google may receive your device's IP address as part of delivering them. This is standard for embedded Google services.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and applications only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records, then we delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just get in touch using the details below.
